Hi and welcome to my web site. May has arrived so that means it must be getting warmer. Maybe the weather will catch up with the seasons some time this month.

With the lighter mornings and nights you may be tempted to start training out doors, walking, jogging or boot camp. If so always remember to do a longer warm up, When the weather is cold, blood travels away from the exteremities to the centre of the body, so taking longer for muscles to become warm.

You will also find all my small group classes listed These classes have just 6 people in them and are ideal and highly recommended if you have any health issues or if you have never tried pilates before, and at just £42 for the course, are very good value for money.
