Initial Consultation: We will chat about where you are now, where you want to be and by when
Full Postural Assessment (Optional see below): As the body works much more efficiently when in correct alignment
Weight & Measurements: Will be taken if weight loss is your goal
Fitness Assessment: Your fitness levels will be assesed so the right program is designed for you
1 to 1 Session: We will work through your first training session
Please Note: Sessions will be planned dependent on your goals and fitness levels . They will be 60 minutes long and all equipment will be provided.
