Our Sessions

Initial Consultation: We will chat about where you are now, where you want to be and by when

Full Postural Assessment (Optional see below): As the body works much more efficiently when in correct alignment

Weight & Measurements: Will be taken if weight loss is your goal

Fitness Assessment: Your fitness levels will be assesed so the right program is designed for you

1 to 1 Session: We will work through your first training session

 

Please Note: Sessions will be planned dependent on your goals and fitness levels . They will be 60 minutes long and all equipment will be provided.

Gill has done all this and more, she has even got me running something I never thought I would do.  I have completed several 10k runs and the Great North half Marathon spurred on by Gill.

As a busy business woman I find Gill is flexible and will work around my work pattern, the running and resistance work has helped my stress levels as well as improving my muscle to fat ratio.'
